We take great pride in the health and care of our Siskin finches for sale, which is why we only ship out healthy birds. Each bird is carefully checked before they are prepared for their journey. To ensure a safe arrival at their new homes, we only ship from Monday to Wednesday and monitor the weather in both locations. Please note that it typically takes 24-48 hours for the birds to arrive at your local USPS office.

Your local USPS office will notify you when your bird has arrived, allowing you to pick it up. We find this process to be less stressful for the birds. Upon arrival, please ensure there is plenty of fresh water available so they can replenish after their trip.

If, for any reason, your new feathered friend does not arrive safely, please inform us within the first 48 hours of arrival. If an issue arises, we will need photos of the sick or deceased bird. After 48 hours, we cannot be held responsible for any incidents, as the bird will no longer be in our care. This is why it is crucial to notify us of any issues as soon as possible.
